This four bedroom Victorian property was purchased with a large existing brick garage and a wrap around garden in the heart of Tonbridge. The existing structure provided the client with an opportunity to refurbish and extend the ground floor with some minor interventions that would significantly improve the space for a growing family and enthusiastic dog. By creating an opening between the garage and house, we were able to provide a large kitchen and dining area with additional utility room, play space and WC. Carefully considering the location of punched out windows allowed the light to flood the depth of the existing floor plan creating a bright and calm space.
