The Bourse

The Bourse is a Grade II listed courtyard development which is comprised of three separate office buildings situated within the Leeds City Centre Conservation Area.

With a modest budget, the proposal was to refurbish the reception and lobby areas of each building. We proposed to scale down the ‘amount’ of features and redistribute the budget in order to scale up quality. These material were carefully considered using relevant focal points and datums within the spaces.
